The City of Fayetteville, North Carolina struggled with a lift station that clogged for years. After trying pumps from other suppliers, they still had to unclog this station twice a week. Heritage Water and Barnes Pump worked with them to install two Sithe chopper pumps. After 10 months of operation, they have not seen a clog since.

Complete Retrofit of Lift Station

When an apartment complex found themselves in a bind, Heritage Water was able to pull together the parties required to find a solution. The apartment complex had been experiencing constant clogging and failures as residents disposed of more wipes into the waste stream. We were able to provide a bypass pumping system, refurbish an outdated piping system, and provide new controls allowing three-phase power when only single-phase was available from the power company. The quick delivery and project management allowed for tremendous savings, as pumping trucks were no longer needed. The fast turnaround of the Barnes pumps ensured minimal downtime for the customer and many happy residents.
